Monday March 12, 2012 was the 100 year anniversary of Girl Scouts.  Gwen's Daisy Troop attended the celebration at the Texas state capitol.  They toured the capitol building together.  Then watched the presentation of colors (flags), heard the women of the Texas Senate and Congress speak and sang Girl Scout songs.  Afterward they had cupcakes with 3000 other Girl Scouts. 

Gwen and Mom also climbed to the top of the Capitol Rotunda, 119 stairs up, and went to the Texas Capitol Visitor's Center.   Gwen loved the spiral stair case.
